Merla-Mae Ice Cream has been the first job for hundreds of individuals over the years.
Merla-Mae is a fast-paced environment and seasonal job, and our positions keep you busy during your shift. We train you to follow guidelines, be a team player and cooperate with your fellow staff members to make sure our customers have a great experience, with amazing ice cream products.
Our positions are as follows:
Ice Cream Server/Cashier/Topper - Make and serve ice cream directly to our amazing customers!
Maintenance & Assistance Crew - Assist the front & back lines by keeping our toppings full & the store clean!
Ice Cream Cakes & Novelty Specialist - Handle orders by phone, online, and in-store. Create our signature recipes, custom orders, and novelty items!
Senior Positions - Work with us for 3 seasons and you’ll be considered a senior in your position (for example Senior Ice Cream Server), which includes a pay increase!
Management Positions - If you’re looking for a long-term career with Merla-Mae Ice Cream, individuals who master and excel in all 3 of our basic positions are considered for management positions (full-time).
